☀️ Summer Sale — 50% off all plans! Limited time only.
Join a team obsessed with making buying and selling effortless. We're building the data layer for the resale economy — and we need exceptional people to help us do it.
Four pillars that define how we work — and who thrives here.
Every line of code, every design decision, every customer interaction directly shapes how thousands of sellers earn a living. Your work here matters — immediately and measurably.
We believe in speed without recklessness. Small teams, minimal process, maximum autonomy. We ship daily, learn from real users, and iterate — no bureaucracy, no endless approval chains.
Every feature starts with a seller's frustration. We talk to users daily, pore over support tickets, and obsess over the details that turn a good experience into a great one.
Our team works from wherever they do their best work — across time zones, across continents. We invest in async communication, written culture, and in-person meetups that actually matter.
Everything you need to do your best work — and live your best life.
We pay top-of-market and everyone owns a piece of what we're building. When TagIt wins, you win.
Work from anywhere. We have team members across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific — and we make it work beautifully.
We don't track vacation days. Take the time you need to recharge — we trust you to manage your own schedule.
$2,000 when you join to set up your ideal workspace — desk, chair, monitor, whatever makes you productive. Plus $500/year to refresh.
Comprehensive coverage for you and your dependents. We invest in our team's wellbeing — physical and mental.
$1,000 per year for courses, conferences, books, certifications — anything that helps you grow. Learning is part of the job.
Once a year, we fly the whole team somewhere great. Work together, explore together, build the relationships that make remote work thrive.
Up to 4% match on your 401(k) contributions. We're building for the long term — and that includes your financial future.
All positions are remote, full-time, with competitive compensation and equity.
Build the core platform that powers item identification, pricing, and marketplace transactions. You'll work across the stack — React/TypeScript frontend, Node.js APIs, PostgreSQL data layer, and AI integrations. Ideal for engineers who love shipping fast and owning features end-to-end.
Design the experience that makes selling feel effortless. You'll lead design for key product surfaces — scanning flow, pricing reports, marketplace browsing, and seller dashboards. Strong UX craft and a portfolio of consumer-facing product work required.
Build and improve the machine learning models that power our pricing engine. You'll work on item identification, condition assessment from images, price prediction, and trend forecasting. Experience with computer vision and time-series modeling preferred.
Drive user acquisition and retention across channels. You'll own our content strategy, SEO, paid acquisition, email marketing, and seller community building. We're looking for someone who's grown a marketplace or consumer SaaS product from early stage to scale.
Be the voice of our sellers. You'll onboard new users, drive engagement, gather product feedback, and ensure every seller gets maximum value from TagIt. Ideal for someone who loves helping people and has experience with marketplace or SaaS products.
Build strategic partnerships with marketplaces, estate sale companies, pawn shops, and liquidation firms. You'll identify partnership opportunities, negotiate deals, and drive integration adoption. Experience in business development for a marketplace or platform product required.
We're always looking for exceptional people. If you're passionate about commerce, AI, and building great products, reach out.
Real voices from the people building TagIt.
"I joined because I believed in the mission. I stayed because the team actually lives the values — we move fast, we obsess over sellers, and nobody's too senior to jump on a customer call."

"The remote-first culture here is the real deal. Async communication is the default, documentation is excellent, and when we do meet in person, it's genuinely fun — not forced."
